Qualifications:
I am a qualified Massage Therapist specialising in deep tissue, remedial and relaxation massage techniques with 4 years experience.
I also have 12 years experience as a Registered Nurse

Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you are dealing with Chronic Pain/Tension, Sports Injuries, Postural Issues, or General Muscle Tightness. My goal is to help you feel better, move better, and recover faster.
60 Minute Session
A balanced treatment focused on your main areas of concern. Ideal for addressing everyday tension, work-related tightness, or maintaining overall muscle health.
90 Minute Session
Allows more time to work through multiple areas and deeper layers of muscle. Well suited for ongoing issues, restricted movement, or when standard sessions aren’t quite enough.
​ 120 Minute Session
An in-depth, unhurried session for those needing thorough, full-body work or extra attention on long-standing problem areas. Best for complex concerns or clients wanting the most comprehensive treatment.
Deep Tissue Massage
Relieve chronic pain, reduce muscle tension, improve mobility and release stress using moderate to firm deep tissue therapy.
